PlasticFreeCertification at Chefs World Summit 2019

Chefs World Summit is one of the most important events of the year for chefs and professionals of culinary arts.
Chefs World Summit will be held at the Grimaldi Forum, in Monaco, from November 24 to 26, 2019, under the noble patronage of HSH Prince Albert II.
The guests come from around the world to gather at this magical location, where gastronomy goes along with the art of living.

On November 24, it will be the International Cup de Cuisine (Le Trophée du Prince Albert de Monaco), a cooking competition organized by Les Cuisiniers de France.

On November 25, on Scene 1, Mauro Colagreco and Luca Mattioli will be the actors of the space: SAVE THE KITCHEN - Une cuisine 0 plastique (12:15 - 12:45).

For two years, Mauro Colagreco and his team at the Mirazur have been working on the total elimination of plastic in restaurants.

After studying the problem at length, looking for solutions, producers and projects to develop, they came in contact with several experts about plastic free solutions, to work and carry on this process of change. (Source: CWS)

Thanks to Mauro Colagreco and to all Mirazur Staff, Plastic Free Certification will be invited on stage with Mauro and Luca, to submit the Standard about plastic free and to explain how the entire project was born.

It will be a great chance to share with the guests PFC vision about the importance of changing habits, reducing single-use materials and deconditioning by authomatic use of plastic.
